Customer Service Advisor – 10 month FTC – East Kilbride

P&L Recruitment are working exclusively with a rapidly expanding organisation based in South Lanarkshire to recruit a full-time Customer Service Advisor to cover a maternity contract for 10 months. Hybrid working - two days from home can be offered after the initial 3-month probationary period. This is a great role to join a dynamic team!

The main duties:

• Serves as liaison between customer and various departments.
• Work closely with sales teams and other departments
• Provide pricing and delivery information.
• Process orders and receive payment from customer.
• Resolve customer requests, questions and complaints
• Dealing with customer complaints, delivering resolutions and achieving customer satisfaction

The main requirements:

• Previous customer service experience
• Proficient with MS Office (Word & Excel)
• Experience of Sage would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong team player
• Self-motivated
