Payroll Administrator, Dundee, Hybrid, 27-28K DOE

P&L Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting a full-time permanent Payroll Administrator for one of their long standing clients based in Dundee. This role would suit an experienced Payroll Administrator who is looking to be part of a small friendly team and work on a hybrid basis. This role offers 3 days work from home, and 2 days based in the office.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the running of the monthly payroll process
  • Ensuring all monthly information in relation to salaries is checked for accuracy
  • Assisting with the pension administration
  • Completing the month end checklist
  • Assist in resolving payroll queries
  • Processing SSP, SMP
  • Processing new starters and leavers
  • Providing support to the Payroll Manager

Main requirements:

  • At least 1 years payroll experience
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills, in Excel
  • Team player
  • Driven and motivated
