Interim Finance Business Partner, 3 month FTC 55K

We are working in partnership with a highly reputable organisation to recruit a full-time Finance Business Partner. on a 3-month Fixed Term Contract. This role will act as a strategic liaison between the finance function and operational teams, providing financial insight, challenge, and support to drive performance, efficiency, and profitability across the business.

The main duties:

• Deliver timely and accurate financial analysis to support decision-making across production, supply chain, and commercial teams
• Analyse cost drivers, production variances, and operational KPIs to identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights into product profitability, margin trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
•  Act as a finance business partner to production, engineering, and commercial teams.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with operational plans and strategic goals.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance across product lines, regions, and customer segments
• Analyse gross margin by product, customer, and channel to identify profitability drivers and underperforming areas.
• Partner with operations to identify cost-saving opportunities and track implementation.
• Provide commentary and recommendations based on KPI trends and variances.
  

The main requirements:

• ACCA/CIMA Qualified or Qualified by experience
• Previous experience in a similar role within Manufacturing
• Highly proficient Excel
• A proactive solution focused approach to problem solving
• Experience of relationship management with internal and external customers
• The ability to produce high quality, accurate work to strict and tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership skills with a coaching and mentoring approach.
