We are working in partnership to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant, on a full-time permanent basis, for our well-established client based in Glasgow City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career in a busy dynamic finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Matching, processing and paying invoices
- Processing expense claims
- Managing the AP Mailbox
- Weekly Payment Runs
- Reviewing and processing credit card claims
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Processing payments in various currencies
- Supporting the wider finance team
Main requirements:
- Previous purchase ledger experience is essential
- Be able to work in a high-volume environment to deadlines
- Extremely driven and hard working
- Excellent communication skills
- High levels of accuracy
