We are working in partnership to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant, on a full-time permanent basis, for our well-established client based in Glasgow City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career in a busy dynamic finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Matching, processing and paying invoices 
  • Processing expense claims 
  • Managing the AP Mailbox 
  • Weekly Payment Runs 
  • Reviewing and processing credit card claims 
  • Supplier statement reconciliations 
  • Processing payments in various currencies
  • Supporting the wider finance team

Main requirements:

  • Previous purchase ledger experience is essential
  • Be able to work in a high-volume environment to deadlines
  • Extremely driven and hard working
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High levels of accuracy
